door hinge bushings keep breaking

9/16 · Anyone have a solution to removing stubborn door hinge bushings from an 06 TJ? 7/16" drill is too large for the .432" OD new bushings. Would be difficult to drill at all anyway because of clearance for the chuck. Thought I would ask before I do some damage.
